Ghazaleh Salahi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Clinical Director of Novelia Psychotherapy & Counselling Services. She provides virtual psychotherapy and counselling across Ontario through secure online sessions. Ghazaleh also offers services in Farsi for clients who prefer therapy in Persian.

With more than ten years of experience in mental health, Ghazaleh has supported individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins within safe, compassionate, and attuned relationships. The creation of Novelia Psychotherapy reflects her deep commitment to offering care that is validating, inclusive, and respectful of each person’s lived experience.

Ghazaleh takes an integrative and relational approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and attachment-based perspectives. She tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs—whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, burnout, relational patterns, or significant life transitions.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to authenticity, emotional safety, and collaboration. She believes clients are the experts in their own lives and walks alongside them with curiosity and care as they explore the patterns, wounds, and strengths shaping their experiences. She welcomes individuals and couples from all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ clients and non-monogamous partnerships.
